Windmill Rise Residents' Association

Windmill Rise is a prestigious property development of 40 one- and two-bedroom maisonettes on Kingston Hill.  It was built in 1987 by Ideal Homes Ltd and the freehold is now owned by Cherrybase Properties Ltd who administer it through Simarc Property Management Ltd.  

Windmill Rise Residents' Association is a private company limited by guarantee with no share capital.  The 40 leaseholders are all members of the Association.  The responsibilities of the Association are set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. 

The Association holds an Annual General Meeting at which the annual charge is set to cover the cost of maintaining the communal areas of the development.

Windmill Rise Residents' Association is a not-for-profit organisation and its Board of Directors are unpaid volunteers. All reasonable enquiries relating to the sale or purchase of Windmill Rise leasehold properties and correspondence concerning deeds of variation will be subject to a £50 minimum administration charge for the benefit of Windmill Rise Residents' Association.
