Next Annual General Meeting of Windmill Rise Residents' Association:

The next AGM will be held on Thursday 10 May 2012 at the Norbiton & Dragon. Members will receive the notice of AGM and annual accounts by post. 

Rubbish collection

Unless Kingston Council notifies residents otherwise, rubbish is collected from Windmill Rise on Monday mornings.  All rubbish should be bagged and put inside a bin.  Bags of rubbish should not be left on the floor of the dustbin stores as animals such as foxes, rats and squirrels will break open the bags and strew the contents around leaving behind an untidy, smelly and unattractive mess likely to attract more vermin.

Please note that bulky household items and garden waste will not be collected and will remain in the dustbin stores.  In the interests of all residents, and to control our costs, please do not dump these types of items there.  

It is up to individual householders to deliver such items to the Civic Amenity Site (the tip) at Villiers Road (click on the link to access the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames website for further details, including relating to items that can be recycled).
