Alterations, structural and external changes to maisonettes 

It is the individual leaseholder's responsibility to ensure that any proposed works carried out to the property are fully compliant with the lease currently in force for that property.

We recommend that before alterations, structural or external changes are made to properties, property owners consult their lease and, if necessary, obtain legal advice.  

Tenants should refer the matter to their Landlord.
